Will one rat in the wall go away by itself?
Rarely. A rat that has found a route through a cellar drain or a utility gap will keep using it, and the route is usually what gets sealed.
Are the wings by my door termites?
They may be. Eastern subterranean termites swarm between February and June in Pennsylvania, and a shed wing by a door or window is often the only sign. A technician checks the wood before saying so.

Who holds the pesticide license?
The independent licensed company that performs the work does. In Pennsylvania the Department of Agriculture licenses the business and the certified applicator must be employed by it.
